GENERAL CONDITIONS – 6-YEAR-OLD LOCK ACADEMY CONTEST

ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZING COMPANY

LOCK ACADEMY SARL with a capital of 12,363 euros, domiciled at 25 rue Coquillière, 75001 PARIS, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 809338940, organizes a free contest without obligation to purchase (hereinafter “the Game “) according to the terms of these rules, and accessible from the site lockacademy.com

ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This game is open to any adult natural person residing in the European Union.
The company reserves the right to carry out all the necessary verifications concerning the identity and the e-mail address of the participants.
Are excluded from any participation in this game and from the benefit of any endowment, whether directly or indirectly, all company staff, including their families and spouses (marriage, P.A.C.S. or marital life recognized or not).
Persons who have not provided proof of their complete contact details and identities or who have provided them in an inaccurate or misleading manner will be disqualified, as will persons refusing the collection, recording and use of information of a nominative nature concerning them and strictly necessary for the purposes game management.
Participation in the game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules for all participants. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and the possible awarding of bonuses.

ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

  1. Come and carry out one of the Lock Academy Paris surveys between September 2 and October 10, 2021, then send your e-mail to the Game Master in charge of reception
  2. Fill out the form on the page presenting the contest

ARTICLE 4: SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The winner is chosen by lot.
The winner is designated after verification of their eligibility to win the prize concerning them.
The designated winner will be contacted by email by the organizer. If the participant does not appear within the week following the sending of this e-mail, he will be considered as having renounced his prize and the prize will remain the property of the organizer.
By the mere fact of accepting their prize, the winner authorizes the organizer to use their surname, first name in any advertising and promotional event, on the organizer’s website and on any affiliated site or medium, without this use may open rights and remuneration other than the prize won.
The winner must comply with the rules. If it turns out that he does not meet the criteria of these rules, the prizes will not be awarded to him. Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, loyalty and sincerity of their participation. As such, the organizer reserves the right to request a copy of the winner’s identity document before sending the prize. Any false declaration, indication of identity or false address entails the immediate elimination of the participant and, where applicable, the reimbursement of the prizes already sent.

The prizes will be collected at the Lock Academy Châtelet (25 rue Coquillière, 75001 Paris) after the results are announced on October 11, 2021.

ARTICLE 7: PERSONAL DATA

It is recalled that to participate in the game, players must necessarily provide certain personal information concerning them (name, e-mail address, etc.). This information is recorded and saved in a computer file and is necessary to take into account their participation, to determine the winners and to award and deliver the prizes. This information is intended for the organizer only. The e-mail address of the participants can be used to send a Lock Academy newsletter.

By participating in the Game, the player may also request registration for an information e-mail from the organizer. The data thus collected may be used within the legal framework.
Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, players have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them. To exercise these rights, players must send an e-mail to the organizing company.

ARTICLE 8: DISPUTES

These rules are subject to French law.
To be taken into account, any disputes relating to the game must be made upon written request to the organizing company.
And no later than ninety (90) days after the deadline for participation in the game as indicated in these rules.
In the event of persistent disagreement on the application or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court.
